Our 90+ Score Guarantee

At WPSwim, we stand behind the quality of our WordPress optimization services with our 90+ score guarantee. We're confident in our ability to significantly improve your website's performance and are willing to back it up with a full refund guarantee.

If we are unable to achieve a 90+ performance score for your WordPress website on Google PageSpeed Insights (desktop version), you are eligible for a full refund of your payment.

Refund Eligibility

To be eligible for a refund under our guarantee, the following conditions must be met:

  • You must have purchased our WordPress Optimization Package and paid at least the initial 50% deposit.
  • You must have provided us with all necessary access to your website, hosting account, and other required resources within 7 days of your initial payment.
  • You must have implemented or allowed us to implement all recommended optimization changes.
  • The website must not have been significantly modified during the optimization process without our knowledge.
  • The refund request must be submitted within 14 days of the completion of our optimization work.

Refund Process

If you believe you are eligible for a refund, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our support team at support@wpswim.com with the subject line "Refund Request - [Your Website URL]".
  2. Provide evidence that your website has not achieved a 90+ performance score on Google PageSpeed Insights (desktop version) after our optimization work.
  3. Our team will review your request and verify the performance scores within 3 business days.
  4. If your refund request is approved, we will process the refund to your original payment method within 7 business days.

Limitations and Exceptions

While we strive to achieve the best possible results for all clients, there are certain situations where our guarantee may not apply:

  • Websites with technical limitations that make achieving a 90+ score impossible, such as required third-party scripts that significantly impact performance.
  • Websites hosted on extremely low-quality hosting that cannot support basic performance optimizations.
  • Cases where the client refuses to implement critical optimization recommendations.
  • Websites that are modified after our optimization work in ways that negatively impact performance.

In such cases, we will clearly communicate these limitations before or during the optimization process and may offer alternative solutions or adjusted expectations.

Partial Refunds

In some cases, we may offer partial refunds if we have completed a substantial portion of the work and achieved significant improvements, even if we haven't reached the 90+ score threshold. These situations will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

Cancellation Policy

If you wish to cancel your optimization service before we begin work:

  • Cancellations made within 48 hours of payment will receive a full refund.
  • Cancellations made after we have begun work but before completion will be eligible for a partial refund based on the amount of work completed.
